Program Tuition includes most if not all costs associated with the normal Young Leaders Program experience.  Click to learn more.

How much it Costs to Attend

The full "cost" per student of the program is $1000.  Even so, very few—if any—students will pay that full amount.  Numerous options exist to ensure that any student who wants to attend is able to do so.  These options include:

• Self-sponsorship
  • Pay your own way
  • No extra paperwork
  • Receive an automatic 40% discount
  • Actual amount you pay $599
• Scholarships
  • Funded by our sponsors and donors
  • Based on your total household income
  • Actual amount you pay is variable
• Organizational sponsorships
  • Funded by a school, church, scout group, company, club, etc
  • Actual amount you pay is variable, based on the organizations policies.

Once you apply, our Executive Director will work with you to ensure you are able to attend.

Costs included with Program Tuition

Program Tuition includes the following:

• Room (double occupancy, with a roommate in most circumstances)
• Up to 3 meals per day
• 3 polo-style uniform shirts
• 1 t-shirt 
• Uniform backpack
• Program Guidebook
• All programming, with exceptions noted below.

Costs not included with Program Tuition

The following costs are not associated with Program Tuition, and must be borne by the program participant and/or their parent/guardian:

• Extra uniform shirts, t-shirts, or other apparel or accessories.
• Damage incurred by the student to the school or program equipment.
• Personal health insurance
• Fees or Fines incurred by the participant as a result of their own unlawful, illegal, immoral, or unethical actions, including those that violate the Young Leaders Program rules and guidelines.
• On-site store (Young Leaders Store, aka General Store, etc)
• On-site weekly parking
