How Our Price Compares to Other ProgramsAccording to a recent article by Care.com, most overnight programs average $690 per week (typically 5 days), with many programs peaking at $2000 for a week. That is $138/day. Young Leaders Program is substantially less! Compared to the national average, Young Leaders Program is a bargain! So what does it cost?If one were to pay the full price, the cost would be over $1000. However, due to our continuous fundraising work, we are able to keep our costs as low as possible. Special funding is available for those families who choose to "Self-Sponsor," and we also offer discounts to schools and organizations as well! For 2020, pricing is as follows:
ScholarshipsSome students will receive scholarship paid by a sponsoring organization in order to pay for the costs associated with Young Leaders Programs. Typical organizations that might sponsor student scholarships include the following:
If students are unable to find a sponsor, they can choose to pay-their-own way (aka self-sponsor). To ensure the program remains within reach of students, they receive a scholarship. The scholarship pricing covers the basics to send a student to the program, which include:
