Please review the rules for YL Program!

No weapons, including firearms, simulated weapons (i.e. nerf guns), knives, or other devices intended for causing bodily harm.
No drugs of any kind, including illegal drugs, tobacco, marijuana, e-cigs (vaping) or alcohol. Follow the Prescription and over-the-counter medication policy.
Remain on Springfield Public Library property. You may only leave campus with authorization of Staff.
Attend all functions and keep the schedule.
Dress in uniform at all times, except during athletic events or after hours*.
Do not cause any property damage. Any damage done by you to the building, Young Leaders Program property or others personal property is your responsibility and your parents will be charged for the current repair/replacement cost.
Do not engage in sexual conduct, contact, language, harassment and/or hazing of any kind.
Cell phones should be used only when appropriate, kept on silent at all times and only in accordance with Cell Phone Rules and Social Media Policy.
