The meeting opened with a “check-in” of anyone willing to share how things were going in their lives.
State of the Corporation
Stephan Price discussed the current state of the corporation. The State of Oregon remains on lockdown with most indoor activities closed or restricted since March 13, 2020, especially in counties designated by governor as Extreme Risk, which includes Marion County, where Willamette University is located. As such, it is unlikely that Willamette will be able to host YL in 2020. Some discussion and investigation has begun to see if we can find a county with a venue that could host YL in or out of Oregon.
Brian McKinley presented the financial report, reporting all expenditures and incomes, and presented the slate of officers.

Brian noted that the House of Representatives is hiring pages if anyone knows anyone.
The meeting was adjourned.
